My Oni Girl Review: A Completely Average Demon-ination

Surprisingly, this is not a streaming exclusive movie from a foreign country. The movie, My Oni Girl , is a straight-up Netflix original with two other studios involved. Well-known anime studios, Studio Colorido and Twin Engine, have joined to collaborate with Netflix on the making of this movie. In addition to its global Netflix release, it also played in Japanese theaters simultaneously. This is not a new, but yet rare, move done by movie studios as the Five Nights at Freddy's movie did do the same move last year.
